lg r510 problem install windows 7

i have a lg r510-s.ap55b and i deleted partitions (including the recovery ones) to install windows 7 on it.
everything was ok until restart.
after that he did not boot anymore, i cant enter bios, nothing.
it stuck on the first image showed on screen.
what can i do?
