LG P1 Express Bad Flash ? Dead ? Lights up but won't boot

Can someone help me ?

I have an LG P1 Express Laptop.
( LG P1-BP01A9 ).
When I push the Power button the top Power light comes on and same with the front Power light and HDD light, but that's all that happens..

The screen stays blank..
It's not the LCD because it's the same connected to an external LCD.

The person I got it from told me he flashed the bios and this is what happened.

I'm wondering if there's a way to FORCE a flash like you can with HP DV6000 series Laptops by holding the ;Fn; key and the ;B; while booting...

ANY help or Suggestions would be greatly appreciated..
