LG fan/heat problem with XP

Hi,

I have the exact same problem as in this thread:
LG S1 Dual Express fan modes messed up

Is this a problem that you know of now? My problems started when I installed XP instead of Vista.
No problems in Vista.

Upgrading BIOS to F12 didn't help, tried all different bios settings without any difference too.
